Stage 1 - Consulting & Project Management

Our project management team is qualified in engineering, construction and surveying and all members of our company are experienced in this specialist market. MultiSteel takes pride in its ability to take the lead in any project, from initial survey and design, to manufacture and site installation of the new units and particularly in its reputation for:

We have a proven track record of successfully working along side many well-known large contractors, including many London boroughs and Brighton City and Hove Council. Simply supply us with the address and location of the structural opening and we will:

complete a site survey prepare the design drawings and fabrication schedules work with you to ensure that you are satisfied with the design

work closely with entry-systems contractors

manufacture the unit

degrease, grit blast, hot zinc spray and polyester powder coat the unit to your chosen colour

purchase and install quality ironmongery

remove and dispose of the existing unit (when required) site-install the new unit and hand over.

After the completion of a project the client can request, free of charge, a MultiSteel Operation and Maintenance Manual for the project. This manual will contain drawings showing, elevations, plans, side views and cut sections along with specification and maintenance recommendations.

Stage 2 - Design. AutoCAD is our standard application used with the increased speed freed designers to create a greater variety of designs and more elaborate products. This in turn has spurred more sales and gave staff more time to meet with clients. Further, the sharp increase in programming and machining productivity translated into decreased costs

The increased productivity has helped MultiSteel Ltd keep costs down while boosting sales and output. These lower costs are a significant factor in our competitiveness in the current market.

The features in our design will give your drawing the professional and finished look that our clients demand. If for any reason you are not able to view the drawing using the appropriate program we can email (word, PDF, image) fax and even post these design during our project engagements.

Stage 3 - Manufacture. Multisteel is a highly professional manufacturer of metal security doors, Home and Entrance, Fire Door, Utility Doors, Armored Door, Steel Doors - Traditional look, Exterior Door, Communal Entrance, Public building Entrance Door, and related parts designs such as gates and fencing. We hold a leading role in this industry with support from all customers, partners, our staff and the help of advanced facilities and modern production lines. We have 150,000 square meters of factory building area with 50 plus employees.

During manufacture process, we are very careful to eliminate defects, with inhouse test to destruction facilities as this will underpin the reliability and quality of our finished products,. That is why we have been awarded so many honors and certificates by bodies like Secured by Design, Construction Online and more.

Our Factory has been operating since 1985, manufacturing steel doors to the market in UK and Ireland, with quality products as fairly competitive price with prompt delivery and installation. Stage 4 - Installation With our manufacturing we also provide installation service covering our steel doors, on all our door ranges. This provided assurance that they can:-

• Be secure in the knowledge that the work is carried out by our own qualified and authorised factory skilled operatives, not sub-contractors.
• All our procedures are audited and our installation process is approved and certified.
