European rolled profiles

European rolled profiles European rolled profiles (such as Forster, Klockner RP, or Jansen), which are manufactured with material S235 JRG 2 grade to EN 10025 standard in a seamless welded process, can be used to manufacture flexible glazed screen, door and window systems for internal and external use.

These ingenious profiles are simple but elegant with distinctive rebate details and neat unobtrusive glazing seals. A range of profiles enable single or double leaf doors to be designed alongside matching side screens and façades.

MultiSteel doors are completely manufactured from steel and 11.5mm glazing. We do not include any other material, visible or hidden, for insert panels or similar, which reduce the security strength, performance, and durability of the units.

The profile steel sections we use are expertly designed to resist buckling and torsion stress while providing flexible strength.

Because of their design strength we can use very slender steel profiles allowing for minimal framework and maximum light.

Performance

Fire, thermal, security or any other performance requirement can be designed using these European profiles.

Fire-rated doors are manufactured to BS EN standards giving the relevant FD30, FD60 and FD90 fire and integrity certification. There are fire-rated profiles within this range which can give you up to 120 minutes insulation. High-security doors can also be designed using the relevant ironmongery and profile.

European rolled profiles give you maximum strength while offering a neat aesthetic appearance, in particular the tight radius corners, which are available on the 2mm thick material.
