Finishing

We manufacture using exclusive, pioneering techniques to give you maximum security with added attractiveness.

A hard-wearing, weather resistant finish is achieved, once the doors and screens have been manufactured, by:
  • degreasing
  • fine-grit blasting to BS 709 SA 1/2
  • hot-zinc sraying to BS EN 22063
  • etch-primed sealed
  • finished in high-standard polyester powder coating in either a gloss-textured, gloss-flat, or matt finish to any BS or RAL colour.
These can also be wet-paint sprayed and then stove enamelled.

Alternatively these profiles are available in stainless steel with a brush or satin finish.

These finishing procsses result in a product which is widely acclaimed as the 'Rolls Royce' end of the archtectural metalwork market.

Timber effect

We can also manufacture steel doors to look exactly like a traditional timber door. This design is popular for home entrance doors.
