Exor accreditation

MultiSteel Ltd are Exor-accredited contractors and hold Gold Standard accreditation. Exor Management Services produces approved suppliers lists for inclusion on local, regional and national databases, which are used by its clients to source goods and services in every category. Part of the accreditation process involves a requirement for suppliers, contractors and consultants to be risk assessed. The accreditation process is designed so that Exor can provide risk and compliance assurance to its clients, with reference to the relevant legislation for the suppliers category of goods and services, as well as meet rigorous financial health targets.

Exor does not just assess a business once: all businesses are continuously monitored for compliance in order to ensure that any changes to their businesses financial status or other public information is known to Exor. In addition, Exor ensures that all documentation is up-to-date and relevant to the businesses work activities.

The increased scrutiny applies to all businesses that work within and for the local government and public sector. The need for the increased scrutiny has led to a far more extensive and thorough set of procedures being followed by procurement officers when checking the background and quality of suppliers they choose to work with.

MultiSteel's client base

Our projects extend from the Ministry of Defence to Mclaren Mercedes, where we can offer not only security but also thermal-break fire-rated doorsets to the highest standards. So, in short, aesthetically pleasing security products from doorsets to screens, building fronts, windows, rails, staircases etc.

Some of the prestige contracts undertaken by MultiSteel include: Mclaren Mercedes Technology Centre, Woking; Peninsular Medical School, Plymouth; Carver Barracks MOD, Wimbish.

MultiSteel have carried out work for local authorities, directly or indirectly via main contractors, including Brent Council, Barnet Council, Brighton and Hove Council, Camden Council, Hackney Council, Hammersmith Council, Islington Council, Kent Council, Lambeth Council, Lewisham Council, Newham Council, Southwark Council and Wandsworth Council.

We have also carried out work for housing trusts such as Peabody Trust, Family Housing, Genesis, Pathmead Housing, Family Mosaic and Maidstone Housing Trust.
